I loved everything about the hotel particularly the front receptionist Mynnie! She made our experience very warm and welcoming from the start and even after check-out! The hotel is also equipped with a fully functioning Japanese Onsen which saved me 1400 bahts and travelling far away to find something elsewhere! In the evening the Filipino singers were also fantastic with memorable songs throughout their performances - they also sang a few songs for me which they never sang before but performed brilliantly! Hotel room itself was also flawless, I don’t agree that it needs an upgrade as it was fully equipped with modern features and a powerful shower! Lastly, the bellboys were awesome! They were helpful and not intrusive and done an excellent job upon arrival and check out to our taxis! I look forward to coming back again! PS - The Hotel is conveniently situated right next to Jodd Fairs Night Market which was a big bonus

I stayed at the Avani Hotel for a week and was extremely satisfied, especially with the location, which is truly unbeatable. You have everything within reach, and even when it rains, there are plenty of things to do nearby. However, what made my experience even more special was the exceptional service from the staff. I would like to give a special thanks to two staff members who went above and beyond. Nui, who always took great care in cleaning my room and was incredibly helpful in suggesting local restaurants and activities. And Noei, who worked at the pool bar, was always kind and available, making every moment spent there even more enjoyable. These small gestures really make a difference and made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the Avani Hotel for anyone looking not only for a convenient location but also for warm and personalized service.

everything!! staff were incredibly lovely, we were really impressed both by those on ground floor and on the executive lounge. everyone was accommodating, keen to explain the benefits and for what we thought would just be a short stay we were very impressed due to the staff! we recommend this place. The masseuse’s we had at spa were excellent, my husband had an issue with his elbow and shoulder rotator cuffs for years and we’ve had corrections but he came out of this place with a perfect range of movement able to straighten his arms and with no pain in elbow (herbal Thai massage) .., mine was excellent too, really good stretch . pool side bar offers a relaxing city skyline so we loved lazing on lounger enjoying our evening cocktail after a hectic jaunt through Bangkok traffic. also good location for Shopping if that’s your thing.

Tou, Mimmie and Tan at reception were amazing. Tou upgraded us to a better suite and it was beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble and was smiling the whole time. The girls in the club lounge couldnt do enough for you. The suite was very big and the bed was the most comfortable one we slept in this is the best hotel in Bangkok if you are staying right next to a large shopping centre and markets better than staying in Chinatown. We stayed there the first night and it was nothing like this hotel. If i could i would have given it an 11 star rating and the staff and Tou a 12 star . Thank you for looking after us

Also if you’re looking to get a Grab taxi, you can get picked up from right outside. We were able to get an early check in for a half day charge which was perfect after a long flight and the amazing staff even upgraded our room for us at no extra charge. Make sure to use the pool and get cheaper drinks during the happy hour. Overall a great experience, I would definitely come back! Thank you to the Grand Fortune Hotel for having us.
